On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a global pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic has had an unexpected and profound impact on all of our daily lives and our business operations. COVID-19 has changed a lot about the way we at Guidacent do business and the ways in which we interact with our clients and respective consultants.

At Guidacent, we continue to operate cautiously and to take preventive measures to reduce the risk of the spread of COVID-19 among our partners, our clients and our colleagues. However, we do not guarantee or warrant against the risk of infection while interacting with a member of the Guidacent organization.

Moreover, none of the information provided here is intended as medical advice. This Notice and Disclaimer is intended as an advisory to our clients, partners and colleagues, regarding the risk of contracting COVID-19, a disclaimer of our liability and the liability of our homeowners associated therewith, and an explanation of some of the things we continue to do to mitigate the risk of the spread of COVID-19.

Guidacent has implemented a company-wide policy designed to limit physical interactions between clients, partners and colleagues until further notice of the pandemic subsiding is confirmed. Although most of our consultants currently work remotely, when clients or colleagues may require personal interaction, our consultants adhere to those guidelines as directed. Otherwise, Guidacent consultants may determine their own level of caution as needed to address their concerns regarding this pandemic and the potential compromise from infection.

Guidacent consultants are also directed to adhere to specific general hygiene and social distancing requirements as defined by state and local laws and federal mandates when traveling to and from client facilities or on Guidacent business.
